Modified from Refills sliding menu component (but doesn’t slide) http://refills.bourbon.io/components/
Copied most of the styling from the sidebar refill CSS. Also took some from Mike Denomy’s neat demo: https://github.com/mdenomy/neat-demo

Installed Bourbon and neat and added some basic (ugly) styling for the sidebar and topbar. Grrr CSS.
I think I'll go with Foundation or Bootstrap instead but will leave this branch up for fiddling with Bourbon some more.
